The tablet worked perfectly right out of the box, but after a couple of weeks it had trouble turning on without restarting. I actually ordered a second block for my granddaughter for Christmas, but while downloading some kids apps I noticed the same problem with the second block. Both were also very slow to respond to commands and hung up regularly. I was hoping for better performance from this device, but even for a kid's coloring and math games it's not great. I would not recommend this device, I would spend the extra money on a Kindle or an iPad to get the performance expected.
