Review on Anyoo by Kevin Ballard

I was eager to test out Anyoo's online store for my most recent camping trip because I am a huge outdoor fan. My experience with their customer service and shipment, however, was less than ideal. First off, I received a condescending and unhelpful response when I emailed their customer support with a concern regarding a product. The customer service agent came off as more eager to put me off the phone than to help me with my query. It was a dismal and irritating experience. Even worse, my order was delivered many days after the estimated time of delivery. I experienced unnecessary tension and anxiety as a result of this delay because I wasn't sure if my luggage would be there in time for my vacation. It was unacceptable for Anyoo to fail to communicate and meet their shipment deadline. Overall, I wouldn't advise other outdoor enthusiasts to shop from Anyoo's website. What might have been a satisfying purchase experience is marred by their subpar customer service and delayed arrival. There are many more reliable online merchants who offer better customer service and delivery choices.
