I took off my front blinkers and put a set of 5" LED strips on my forks. They're super bright and easy to see during the day. I figured I'd do the same with the rear of my bike. I removed the blinkers back there and tried to use these. These lights aren't even remotely close in brightness, despite being 8". I got them for a new pathway. Very easy to install (I had to go through some crushed stone, but that's not the manufacturer's problem - or actually, it was, because they had to be sturdy enough to penetrate the rocky layer). The only issue (not a biggie) was the fact that they did not come with the connectors - so I had to run to the home store to get them.
