Had high hopes for this laptop
The specs on this laptop were exactly what I was looking for and the price was great. Unfortunately, I couldn't even set up the laptop. I would turn it on and it would freeze. I couldn't even load the operating system and didn't get to the Acer site. I'm afraid if I get a replacement I'll run into the same problem. I don't think I'll buy an Acer again as my first one didn't have a good experience.
