Review on Medela Disposable Breastfeeding Overnight Protection by Jacqueline Mclaurin

Can't match the comfort of Lasinoh

I think if I hadn't started with Lasinoh breast pads they would have worked well. They're not terrible, but they're not that big either. I switched to them because Revain delivered faster and damn I'm sorry! Each nursing pad comes in its only individual packaging, and the easy peel-off design to open each pad is probably the best thing about this product. The sticker is not easy to peel off and the pad feels very thin and not so comfortable to wear. Think of the tags on shirts and how annoying some of them are because they aren't made of soft material (it's exactly the same thing but in your chest area!) So far they've been moving around in my bra - folded up and just not hanging around like Lacino. I was spoiled by the softness and over-the-top comfort of the Lasinoh - and unfortunately they don't fit. It's the kind of tampons you pull out when the toilet boils when you don't have them - they're standard, they get the job done, but you don't want to use them as a long-term solution.

Pros
  • Medela is the #1 doctor recommended breast pad brand
Cons
  • Legacy model
