Review on 🌡️ Enhance Accuracy with Hanna Instruments Waterproof Temperature Calibration by Michael Colley

I bought this meter a few months ago. It worked great. I love the fact that it's waterproof and I don't have to worry about it getting wet. The battery has lasted about 76 days so far and I'm curious how long it lasts. Today the PH stopped working properly and only showed 4.4 PH for the solution it was placed in. I tried removing the battery and recalibrating but nothing helped. I called the phone number listed in my gauge manual, expecting to wait a while and go through the hassle of getting a new gauge or repair. But after only TWO RINGS, the representative picked up the phone and asked how she could help me. I explained that the PH meter part was not working properly. She said she would transfer me to tech support. After just ONE CALL the tech support guy answered. I explained the problem and he just said to email him my receipt from Revain. I did and my new probe is on its way. I also asked for a new calibration solution and they said YES! Literally 4 MINUTES ON THE PHONE and a simple email and my new probe is on its way. HANNA - THE BEST!
