Very beautiful. Safe for the kitten!

I wanted to buy something for my cat to dress up for Thanksgiving. Now it was perfect for her. It's a bit hard to see because she has a big mane, but the bow is spinning, so let's put it behind her. The bell is annoying but I like that it doesn't choke on the collar. It can be easily removed for safety. I am very happy with this purchase!
