I use this on my home made CNC router and it works great on balsa, thin plywood, HDPE and MDF. I usually run it at 5-10,000 rpm and 45 ipm, but your mileage may vary. If you run it too high you will likely burn your material. I actually started a small fire in some kind of MDF and accelerated it to 20,000 rpm and 10 inches per minute. If it stops cutting cleanly, then it's dull. Get another one because the cuts keep getting worse. Works great when it's spicy.
