This is a yield point screw. If you removed the pulley and with it this bolt, you will actually need a new bolt when reassembling the motor. These types of bolts require a torque process that stretches the threads to the point of deformation (yielding), which is the maximum required without breaking. If you're using an aftermarket bolt, chances are it won't be the exact stiffness to spring ratio that the engine manufacturer specifies. Trust me - just a few bucks more to get it right and avoid the risk of screwing up all your work.
