Review on Miele Carecollection Descaler Dishwasher Machines by Kayla Ferguson

If you have a Miele dishwasher or washing machine you will need to descale it and it is recommended that you do this every 6 months. A word of caution here regarding directions. The item I received from Revain had instructions in multiple languages but none in English! I had to contact the Miele Experience Center who sells the product (at a higher price) for instructions. Essentially, you pour the contents of the container into the WASHING MACHINE DRUM and run the cycle with HOT water as if you were washing clothes. And for the DISHWASHER I was advised, although the instructions in the Miele manual are a bit complicated, to empty the bin into the dishwasher and just let the cycle run (no dishes). Most importantly, you are using the WHOLE CONTAINER, not part of it.
