I ordered a quantity of two of these frames to hang side by side. Unfortunately after already mounting all of the hardware to the wall, I learned that the two frames were not identical as they had recently created to new version and sent me one of each of the new and the old. This created a major issue in the mounting.Upon contacting the company, they immediately acknowledged the issue and within a matter of days, sent a replacement for the frame that I needed. Their customer service is exceptional. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to do business with them again. And the frams look fantastic.Thanks for making it right!
