I was so hopeful that this battery case would work better than the others we have tried but no such luck. We have purchased two of these and neither one worked. The case protects the phone from damage and I like the look and feel but those are the only positives. With one of the cases When trying to charge my phone, it will charge my phone but it won’t charge itself. If I remove my phone and try to charge it separately, it still doesn’t charge itself. Ultimately, it doesn’t work to give me that extra charge that it is supposed to. The second case won’t charge the phone nor itself so it’s really useless. I have requested replacements so I’ll update once we have a chance to try the new ones. Truthfully, I’m not Holding out much hope.
