The first thing I can say is that the landing on the map is probably correct. My mistake was that I read all the reviews where people said I should order a size up. I'm 5'4" and 140 lbs. I was supposed to get a medium size as shown in the chart but instead I ordered a large size based on all the reviews. These are people in long underwear. Bodies and not too damn loose. Big was definitely big for me. And the sleeves? People were right about the sleeves. Unless your arms are longer than a monkey and your forearms are the size of your calves. Those sleeves are HUGE! I bought them to fit under my ski clothes and they are definitely too big, an average size would have been enough, as shown in the table, I had to take them, they are very soft inside and fit like pajamas, but I wanted long underwear, not pajamas Again, not the company's fault but my fault for reading the reviews, although the company may have made these sleeves a bit more proportionate because they are insanely large.
