It is easy to use without having much training, which was perfect since I am not very technical! Sometimes it took longer for our team members to log off, but other than this, no problems at all. We needed something more user friendly than just creating invoices in Quickbooks. The ease of using SNAGMASTER helped us transition from paper bills into online billings, making invoicing so much easier for each member of our staff. This has made tracking workflows of projects much faster. I have enjoyed working in this area as it has allowed me to work from home while still giving clients excellent service! The reporting system is easy, once you get used too all its benefits - however having someone else do your admin duties would be useful at times when things are busy but if i could not find help then id continue without them doing any data entry etc..
