The label comes off and there is a risk of choking
This item is very cute but if your child tends to take things apart, be aware that the Chengoo label comes off quite easily. See, a few minutes ago my nine month old daughter started coughing and I looked up to see her holding a carrot and drooling like crazy. I turned her onto her back and was able to get the stamp out of her mouth. I examined the carrot and it looks like it has started tearing off the green tip exposing the label.
