I bought it in my size medium. I'm 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 165 pounds. My pants are usually 30" x 30". They fit like a glove. I immediately bought a second pair. Haven't washed them yet, probably won't dry them. I love everything about this brand. My second favorite is Nike, but Nike doesn't have a real bag of their products. They have an ergonomic fit for boys and are very comfortable. The waist fits well and doesn't stick out of my pants. "Most long underwear seems to come down to my navel. They're warm enough and since the temperature hasn't dropped below zero yet, the real test of that is yet to come. I could still reach an inch or so from my waist, and they would all still fit me" , although compression will increase. If your waist is less than 32 inches choose Medium, any larger size is great. I may have to order a third set, I already have white and taupe. This brand is really good in the shape and quality of their products. Thank you Tesla, your brand suits me. (They don't fit every body - they're just clothing)
