It changed my feelings when I wake up in the morning overnight. I used to have shoulder and hip pain that I attributed to aging or overtraining. Didn't expect there to be such a big difference. I shopped a lot knowing foam can get hot because it does. That being said, it's probably not for those who get hot flashes at night. I changed the patches 3 times because I'm a light sleeper and the heat woke me up. But not feeling sick and old in the morning is 100% worth it. Although - now that I know it's a mattress I'll buy a new one next year.
