I don't feel much tingling. I usually wear urban lips, which are really plump drop lips that defiantly work. But I wanted something with some color. That's how my search began. i found this It feels more like I ate a mint and it got on my lips. Lol it's a great shine and moisturized feel. I took before and after photos after waiting about 15 minutes after applying to take photos. I finally rubbed it together. It feels like maybe he's doing a little bit more. But still not enough for a good fullness. Anyhow, I love it, the glitter itself has just enough impact to make them look plumper than they were. I'm happy no matter what happens. I still feel it was a good buy! I have the color 08 soft pink. I plan on wearing more days, longer times etc and will update if there is more impact or change.
