It is easy for me, as an ambulance driver/EMT who has been in this business about 10 years now; I have never had any issues with it! The customer service can be hit or miss sometimes (especially when you are at work). If they make changes that affect your job without informing anyone beforehand then there may not even BE A change anymore after contacting them back!! Some things seem outdated but we just keep pushing forward regardless because so many people use ADP these days--it's really hard being self employed if everyone else uses what YOU do. ! Get used early. No problems here yet though :).
