I love that this system is web-based, so all my employees can access it regardless of where they are in their shift! It also alerts me when there's an incident at one of our patients' houses, such as an accident or fire. The only thing I dislike about ADP is how slow it sometimes loads and takes time to pick up the phone. Other than that, everything else has been great!
