I love that you can use it from anywhere with internet access! It's not all inclusive like some other programs, but there are many add-ons to customize for your needs. Sometimes when we send the message out it seems like we get different responses back from them than the other times (although this might just be normal variance). It is easy for me, as an ambulance driver/EMT who has been in this business about 10 years now; I have never had any issues with it! The customer service can be hit or miss sometimes (especially when you are at work). If they make changes that affect your job without informing anyone beforehand then there may not even BE A change anymore after contacting them back!!
