I love that you can use it from anywhere with internet access! It's not all inclusive like some other programs, but there are many add-ons to customize for your needs. Sometimes when we send the message out it seems like we get different responses back from them than the other times (although this might just be normal variance). They seem to have problems keeping up with demand at different times, so you may encounter slower response time sometimes. We also don't always see our jobs go through right away. This is a great option for companies who need to use an in house scheduling program or an online solution. The ease of using with multiple employees makes managing multiple accounts easier as well if we're all going to be using it. You can even set specific drivers depending where they work within the company (such as only allowing certain people access on specific vehicles). The ease in which this system can be used for our department is great! I am able to log out from work, have my dispatcher send me text messages when there are updates or news about an incident/call that needs attention so far it's been easy using ADPdispatch as well with all its features being included (such as GPS). Nothing really at this point but what i've mentioned above has helped us improve our communication within the team.
