I bought my basic kit to have a file that would be good for roughening up freshly cut nails. What I got were spectacularly manicured nails that my girlfriend was jealous of. So I'm buying her a fashion set right now. Seriously, after a quick buff (<5 minutes per hand) it looks like a quality clear coat has been painted onto my nails. Not sure what a man needs it for yet, but on my XXL hands it's impressive. [update] only bought the "Mode" set for its merits. She could have had any of these, but opted for a glossy red case. Her reasoning was that "it would be easier to find in my (large XXXL backpack) purse." ok I guess it makes sense I know.
