The best part of this tool was its simplicity to use, no need for extra plugins or configurations required by other tools out there in market! Also it's free version allows me all features I needed without any limitations as compared with others like Skype etc which are not even available at their trial versions anymore!! Well nothing much but if you're looking something simple & affordable then go ahead try TALKtIO. Free plan gives us everything we require from basic communication through voice calls up until video calling feature too (which i believe should be paid). We used only call option initially till now when they launched messaging service few months back so that made our life easy while communicating within team using internal applications/mobile apps via messenger app itself instead talking over phone lines. It would have been great had more channels were provided where people could communicate easily across various platforms.
