Worked quite well for a while. I was able to get some items like my first aid kit, battery starter kit, small fire extinguisher, etc. from my trunk and within reach from the driver's seat. The only problem I had with it from the start was that the velcro didn't work very well and the pockets didn't stay closed. Now, three months after very infrequent use, the material is tearing where the top strap is sewn on. I think I'll remove it before it fails completely and try to restore it. A little disappointed with the durability.
