I have a bunch of old car stereo speakers just waiting to do something. This device appeared, and now these speakers are just crazy. I'm very impressed with the stability of the Bluetooth connection as I frequently switch between multiple sources; iPhone, iPad or other iPhone. All connect quickly and stay connected for as long as I need it. Last weekend I streamed music from Spotify to my shop non-stop for 13 hours, except when I changed my playlist. I am using a very old 8" 8 ohm subwoofer with two 4" Boston Acoustic door speakers mounted in wooden crates and using a 12v/1 amp power supply from a dead Apple router , which produces a shocking amount of sound. For my purpose I set the physical volume slider to about 50% and then control the volume from the device and that's enough. I also really like that I can put the unit in a cupboard and leave it there while it picks up far less dust than the rest of my wood shop. If you have two speakers and a subwoofer and want good, clear music that is easy to control and compact, I would recommend this unit. I got it as a promotional item, but my recommendation remains mine and I stand by it.
