So far I have bought two packs totaling ten fans for my 3D printer. At $2 each, they're good. The first took an incredible number of hours, but eventually the bearing wore out and it started making that familiar whirring noise and slowing down. I replaced it with a brand new one but it has been making noise from day one and now just a few months later it needs to be replaced. Two more of the same fans in different locations in the printer also cause the same bearing noise. I took one of these fans apart and found that there are no ball bearings, not what I expected, just a steel shaft going through a copper bushing in the motor. You get what you pay for. If you're looking to swap out fans on a regular basis, this might be for you.
