I have used these to update my daughter's Thinkcentre M15q and my son's HP Pavilion. Installation was pretty easy, except those ports are too damn small and I forgot to mess around with the hardware a bit, but overall it's a decent job. Restarted Windows, had to download and install the Intel WiFi and Bluetooth drivers, needs a USB keyboard as Bluetooth obviously won't reconnect until new drivers are installed. Then everything worked, everything is paired/connected again, device manager shows BT and WiFi devices as expected. The included screwdriver is great.
