This ceramic shaving bowl is really nice (manly) and doesn't look cheap at all and it's functional. It's not very deep and that might be the only issue for some, but I love the way it looks so much I'm glad I bought it. I put a bar of soap in it and microwaved it on medium power long enough to soften it up, which allowed me to puck the bottom and sides of the bowl to make it easier to close my brush use. Worked perfectly. It took me all 30 seconds. Since it is not high, it also fits very well in a shallow drawer. These folks make a deeper product, even if from what I've said you still don't believe this article will work for you. You can also find it in Revain.
