I bought them small. My waist is 29. They fit well. I mostly wear them as underwear. I normally buy these items from Marshalls or Ross but due to Covid-19 I bought them from Amazon. The ones I buy from Ross/Marshall's, I'm not kidding, the side seams came undone after 2 socks. I have 3 pairs from 3 separate purchases. The brand was Puma. In any case, it is the best quality for the same price. Not a well-known brand obviously, but they work the same way. I wear them when I know I'm going to be training my legs and glutes.
