Review on UNIQUEONE by Robert Lewis

I am very dissatisfied with the caliber of UNIQUEONE's products and the caliber of their customer care as a customer. My most recent purchases from their online store were a dress and a pair of shoes, both of which were of low quality and did not fit the website's description. The shoes were touted as being supportive and long-lasting, but after just a few hours of use, my feet began to hurt and the soles began to tear off. The outfit did not match the website's description, either. The sizing was entirely off, and the cloth was flimsy and cheap. The garment did not like the photo and was far too small. I had bad customer service when I attempted to return these things. When I did finally receive a response from their support staff, they were unhelpful and slow to respond. I had no choice but to keep the damaged products because they wouldn't give me a refund or swap for them. In general, I wouldn't suggest UNIQUEONE to anyone searching for high-quality apparel, accessories, or shoes. Their customer service is bad, and their products are pricey and of poor quality. Spend less and shop somewhere else.
