Three of these fans now move air through my 360mm radiator at lower RPMs and with less bearing noise than the Typhoon fans I've had before. These are excellent high pressure fans. Even if there are only five ribs, they are designed for maximum pressure. And they do their job pretty well! My only complaint is that you can't get rubber mounts (Bionix) without their "PST" connector. For my application I had to cut the extra leads to fit through the narrow pilot holes in my case. There's a cheaper model that doesn't have PST connectors, but it's also just a bare plastic frame that doesn't have rubber mounts to dampen some of the vibration. Other than that, it's a quality device. As for customer service, Arctic sent me the plug I needed, but it wasn't available for free in the US. Although it's stupid I can't order it, thanks for sending me the part for free including shipping.
