For many, this is an amazing headset. Speaker quality is good, microphone accuracy is excellent, most background noise is removed, and the price is great. Don't skimp on the mono 310 model - the dual speaker 320 really makes listening easier. The only thing that kept me from giving this headset five stars was the lack of a directional microphone. When I was taking notes while typing in meetings, people would ask me to turn off the sound. The noise-cancellation didn't help (although it did an excellent job of deadening the hum from my heater). The online manual does not solve the wide-angle microphone problem. In short, a great headset, but typing softer when unmuted.
