The ability of sending emails or text messages directly from our website is very useful because we have guests that don't use mobile apps as often so it's really convenient! It would be nice if they could integrate with other platforms like Facebook but I'm sure this will come in time too since there has been some progress made recently!! Definitely worth trying out when you're looking at different options within your business/company email service providers (ESP).

We've seen an increase by about 30% overall engagement through dailypoints compared before using them which was great news considering how busy things were during peak times last year- not much difference now though just happy all around haha.
