This kit was received to replace a few worn parts from my kit. I can honestly say I will not use metal brushes on my car. I have alloy wheels and am not sure where they will come in handy unless you have rusty nuts or you need to remove small rust spots on metal wheels. The round brush is the best of this set. The handguard isn't very protective as it's just a thick piece of vinyl, but it's long enough to clear the wheel plate. The bristles are certainly enough to remove some dirt and brake dust, but I'm not worried about it scratching the alloy wheels or damaging the paint. The interior detailing brushes are not natural but plastic so use with care on dash electronics. They go great with the exterior emblems and the plastic grille I used them on. It comes with a pair of pads that can be used for waxing, a wash pad and a tire brush which feels too soft for tires but works great with some tire/wheel cleaner. There's a small three-finger vent cleaner that's almost a gimmick but might work if you have longer vents. All in all, this is a great starter kit for the average user, but the advanced detailer should look to better products to ensure durability or to care for delicate internal electronics.
