If you want to avoid serious injury, DO NOT buy this stool. I bought it in late March and sat on it maybe 10 times and on June 13, 2020 my leg bent and the stool went backwards and we hit the ground hard. On impact, the back hit my back. The whiplash and impact was terrible and the pain that followed is still there. I can hardly move, even today. In addition, I am also partially disabled. I lay on the floor for 30 minutes, stunned but thankful I didn't hit my head. This stool is advertised as heavy duty so I was confident it would be safe. I then added high performance wheels to make it even safer and allow for a softer, smoother ride due to my disability. I was misled and very disappointed with the lack of quality. Yes I am still in pain but my mind is clear and enough time has passed that I can safely recommend that no one buy this stool until its design can 100% guarantee that the legs will not bend or twist and cause dangerous falls. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this time the warning is warranted and yes I'm well under the €400 mark. I looked for the seller's contact information to get in touch with them first before writing this review but I could not get the information.
