G Shock: looking for tough ones

I bought a G Shock for myself a million years ago and finally gave it up after the plastic got so old the watch cracked the face . What did I buy her when my daughter needed a lifeguard watch? Right, something cheap. Which died after 2 weeks. So I made up my mind and bought her this. Based on past experience, I'll be pissed if the watch doesn't last 10 years.
