Plusses and minuses over older version
The new version is slightly more robust than the previous version. They still cool the arms on an 85 degree day, just like the old ones did, but because they're thicker, they aren't quite as cool, especially when there's no breeze. They might last longer - I've only had them a week or so, time will tell.
