Each lamp lasts a week.

I've used two of these since I've had them and each bulb has lasted exactly a week. The replaced bulb lasted a year. Yes - they are cheap. But the calories you burn by substituting them make up for the low cost. Also, a box of ten lasts about two and a half months. Buy a lamp of the best quality!

Pros
