They are very easy to work with as they have great communication which I appreciate when dealing with any vendor. The customer service provided can be slow at times during peak traffic but that's not really their fault; just try getting your question answered fast! Make sure you do plenty of research before signing anything important or finalizing things like pay rates because once finalized it may seem pretty set-in-stone so try to negotiate if possible. It gives us the ability for greater visibility across our team and applicants by providing all candidate data in one place. This saves time looking up applications manually and ensures we're able to easily identify candidates with relevant skills who match job requirements. I like how easy it was to use. It was very helpful with recruiting employees during my internship. The only thing that I did not like about this program was the price. There were some things that I liked about the Applicant Tracking System. I have learned how to properly conduct an interview and also how to write up the requirements for each job. The Applicant Tracking System helped me manage all the resumes that I had received from different companies.
