The device driver does not work on Windows 10 or 7. I got it to work on a Surface Pro with Windows 8.1. The included video editing software appears to work on Windows 10, but is of little use if the device isn't even recognized by your computer. a very misleading description or just inferior software. Buyer beware. Once I ran it on Win 8.1. I was able to capture all my old home videos 100% and was happy with the results, mission accomplished and will probably never use it again.
