Complete scam and waste of time money and energy

Doesn't work - no help via email or in the app itself. Played around with it for 2 hours and never got it to work. I also had to buy 4 extra adapters because. All connections were female. this is the same connection as the VHS player. Save your money and energy - it was a waste of time.

Works fine, not great. The supplied installation instructions are incorrect

The product worked properly. Not great but okay. The biggest problem with this product is that it comes with an installation disc along with a user manual on how to use the disc and they don't match. The screenshots in the user manual on the CD do not match, nor do the written instructions in the manual. So part of the product is unusable and the customer support was useless. It's possible to install manually, as I did, but I paid for a basic install CD and didn't receive it.

The device does NOT work on Windows 10 or 7

The device driver does not work on Windows 10 or 7. I got it to work on a Surface Pro with Windows 8.1. The included video editing software appears to work on Windows 10, but is of little use if the device isn't even recognized by your computer. a very misleading description or just inferior software. Buyer beware. Once I ran it on Win 8.1. I was able to capture all my old home videos 100% and was happy with the results, mission accomplished and will probably never use it again.

The product works with Windows 10, you just need the right driver!

I bought this product to capture Hi-8 video from a Sony Handycam. The product arrived quickly, the connection was easy. The Windows 10 PC did not recognize the product and therefore did not work. I emailed the company and in less than an hour (the email was sent late on a weekend) I received a response with several options for the drivers to try and photo instructions.
