My initial shopping encounter with Famuka Online Store left me feeling dissatisfied. The website is simple to use, but the goods offered are limited, and the ones I purchased were of poor quality. I found that the shoes I bought were uncomfortable and poorly manufactured, as well as the apparel and jewelry that I had purchased. The selection and quality in the baby and baby girl's area were also disappointing to me. Additionally, the quality of customer support was below par. The answers to my questions were slow, and the procedure for sending things back was cumbersome and irritating. The fact that I had to foot the bill for the return shipment was the final straw. Overall, I was not satisfied with my dealings with Famuka Online Store. Their website is simple to navigate, but the standard of their products and the assistance they provide to customers leaves much to be desired. I will not be returning to their store.
