I use these shrink bags for my soap. They cut great. At first I used a hair dryer but decided to buy a hair dryer. The hair dryer works well but it's nothing compared to using a hair dryer, also it shrinks a bit faster because the hair dryer heats up a lot more than the hair dryer. However, a hair dryer works well if that's all you have.
