Updated 01/14/2021 Excellent customer service. So I emailed them with warnings and questions. They thought it might be a defective unit so they sent me another one. Well I guess you know what, it still loads properly and it has readings. It still shows you the amount of power it has loaded. In any case, I would not charge the batteries twice in a row. So overall there are some minor flaws, but honestly I still like this digital display and the price. After a few uses, I noticed something special: REDFLAG #1: After fully charging the battery pack, removing it and immediately reinserting it, charging starts again at 80%. That doesn't seem right. What appealed to me was the price, the stylish digital display and the many features. However, the biggest issue here is accuracy. The UL license is no longer visible on the box or product and when I search the UL certification database I don't see SNADO. I will do some tests with a multimeter. But for now, the above is worrying. There will be a company email to see what they say.
