I only got these headphones yesterday but I have 2 other Vislla headphones and I loved them but they are my favorites now. You could pay 5x more and get better sound quality, but they sound great, they just don't have enough base. These headphones are very light and fit comfortably in my ear. In the box you will find buds of different sizes. The silicone earhook is very comfortable and prevents them from falling out during intense activities. Convenient volume controls on the right earcup. A nice plastic carrying case to charge your headphones in - it comes with a USB Type-C charging cable. The box's charge level is displayed digitally, but I thought that the headphone's charge level was also displayed - it's not. Maybe this is just a problem with my device, not the deal breaker. Tested connectivity and they stayed connected to my Samsung Galaxy 9+ phone over 30 feet away. The support service is very fast. temporarily, the headphones hold a charge for no more than a few seconds. YMMVEdit again - Customer service is really great and provided me with another pair of headphones.
