Review on TULA Probiotic Brightening Neutralizing Treatment by Katrina Wright

This is a very interesting and innovative product. I like most of the ingredients which seem to be quite soothing with the unique addition of probiotics which have recently made their debut in skin care products for their skin benefits. I love that it contains them for an area that has so many issues - darkness, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, puffiness etc. It was really very soothing to my eyes and glided on gently. Caffeine is another ingredient that I assume targets puffiness, but I haven't noticed too much reduction in puffiness myself, but mine is quite pronounced, so that's to be expected. The immediate effect of this is a glow that looks like a champagne peach shimmer. This is a great color for an eye balm as it removes the bluish tint under the eyes. However, I did notice that the flickering seems to accentuate some of the jaggedness of the text under my eyes. However, I swiped some light concealer on top, which matched great and helped with text issues. So I use it as a lightening foundation and it works well for that. If you don't have under-eye texture issues, you can wear it alone to see the wonderful brightening properties.
