This pajama set runs a little small. I found this out after reading the comments, so I listened to other reviewers' sizing recommendations and my pajamas fit perfectly. I'm 5'9, 145-150lbs, can fit a waist size 28 but prefer 30-32 for relaxed comfort, medium lean, semi muscular body. I usually prefer size M, but I chose L and it fits perfectly. The pants are a bit long but I like their baggy ones because they are better than high tide. The material is polyester for the shirt and pants and oh my gosh it's super soft and comfy. The pants are very warm and the shirt isn't too thick for sweating, which is great because I'm hot. Just remember that one size is larger than you normally wear and unless you have long arms you will be fine. I have two more pairs because I really like them. I've seen several people write that they paid $40 for 1 pair and I think that's absurd. I got all 3 of mine for $60 which I think is good for pajama sets.
