Excellent customer services and dedication

The best part was that they were able to provide us with all kinds of IT solutions needed by my organization which included; hardware maintenance/upgrades such as computers laptops etc., software installation (both computer programs like office suite applications) data backups among others  I like that we can access all information about our facility from any device in order to improve efficiency.
There are some things that could be improved such as having more people available at certain times. If you have an issue with your building or need assistance with anything related to it this is the place to go! The benefits include being able to see everything about our work environment from anywhere.

Pros

Everything i mentioned above but also knowing there's no limit when working for STRATIVIA!! It makes me feel secure because now if something happens, not matter what time its 2 AM 1AM EST someone will answer right away.it gives great peace off mind!!! :) They've helped out so much here within these 3 years since day one starting up business operations..there never seemed too difficult issues ever
