Love the ability to customize this compared to my old one which had to add and remove individual blade blocks for each individual piece. It switches between settings quickly, making slicing vegetables much faster and easier. However, I haven't figured out all the widths of the cuts yet. I'm a fan of how-to books, but for some reason there isn't a chart showing the specific button positions for thickness and cut styles. But it won't take long to find out. Several passes over potatoes found just the thing for what I wanted. I'm sure anyone can figure out what to do quickly, it's just a matter of remembering which setting does what, which requires some memorization. Like the design.
