If I could give zero stars I would. It doesn't load well at all. The USB end had to be in the correct position for charging first. The computer I bought it for was quite small and charged quickly before I lost the original charger while traveling. With this charger, it took many hours to fully charge, then more than a day, and then it stopped charging my computer altogether. I have lost many projects and essays because my computer shut down due to low battery while plugged in. Don't waste your money on this charger, I wish I could just buy a genuine HP branded charger and pay more. You end up saving money.
